Account Deletion
If you would like your Ody account and associated data deleted,
you may request permanent deletion at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account:
- Email us at support@odyapp.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your Ody account
What Data Is Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:
- Your authentication account and login credentials
- Workout logs and exercise tracking data
- Body metrics and progress history
- Uploaded body scan images and related media
- Associated account metadata linked to your profile
Data Retention
Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of verified request processing.
Certain minimal records may be temporarily retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, platform security, or regulatory compliance.
In-App Deletion
Depending on your app version, you may also be able to delete your account directly from within the Ody app settings.
